2.1.4 As used in this agreement: “security device,” any algorithm or other code issued or approved by the bank that identifies words or numbers, the authentication and/or encryption algorithm, physical or immaterial security topots, cookies, digital signatures, certifications, private or public keys or any other security device that the bank has described as a “security device” for the use of the service (or any of its functions) by the customer or any of its AUS. As of the validity date of the SA and other AUs entering service via Chase Connect, the “security device” is, for service purposes, the security device used by that SA or another AU to access Chase Connect. a) We are an independent contractor, which will provide you with commercial services, and nothing in this agreement or in the relationship between you or our ASPs or our ASPs or our ASPs, will make us an agent or agent for you or for one of your funds, whether one of our ASPs is an agent or one of your funds, except only for funds held by Bill.com on the customer account in accordance with Section 3.4. joint venture, Agency, trust or any other fiduciary relationship between you and us, as a partnership, joint venture, agency, trust or any other fiduciary relationship between you and any of our ASPs, with the exception of funds that are held to your advantage by Bill.com on the client account in accordance with Section 3.4, or that our asps or any of our ASPs that provide you with any investment, tax, law, accounting or consulting. This unit trade agreement (`agreement`) is available to all users of the Mobile Square, Inc. (“Square”) application, card readers and payment service (the “Square Service”) for the acceptance of card payments in accordance with Visa, Inc. and MasterCard International, Inc. (together the “Brands Card”). As such, the seller who signs the terms of this agreement (“seller” or “they”) or electronically accepts this agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
